Refund policy

Today

Halmeoni sells nothing yet. Questions and readings open with lucky pouches you get by watching ads (pricing). Pouches are never paid for, have no cash value and are not refundable.

Failed readings

If Halmeoni fails to answer — an error, or no reply — the pouches you spent are returned automatically.

When paid readings open

These rules will apply from then on; this page will be updated before payments open.

• A full refund within 14 days of purchase for anything you have not used.
• A reading that has been generated is not refundable. A reading that failed to generate does not count.
• UK and EU customers: readings are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once you start using what you bought; anything unused stays refundable under this policy.
• Payments will be handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Reply to your receipt email, or contact us with your order number.
