Saju readings describe tendencies, not certainties. Do not make medical, legal, financial or safety decisions based on them, and do not stop any treatment because of a reading.

If you are struggling

Halmeoni cannot help in a crisis. In the US, call or text 988. In the UK and Ireland, call Samaritans on 116 123. In Korea, call 109. Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists free lines. If you write about harming yourself, Halmeoni shows these numbers instead of a reading, free of charge.

Who can use it

• You must be 13 or older to use Halmeoni in English (14 in Korean, 14 in Spanish, 15 in French, 16 in German), and 18 or older to buy readings or request a relationship reading such as compatibility. Where the law of the country or region you use Halmeoni from sets a higher age (16 in Ireland, 18 in Colombia and India, for example), that age applies.
• Only upload conversations you are a part of, and do not use readings to harass or judge anyone.
• Do not ask for sexual content. Halmeoni does not write it and refuses anything that sexualizes a minor.

Beta

During the closed beta, readings are for invited testers. Beta readings are free credits with no cash value; features and limits may change.

Lucky pouches and ads

Signed in, you can watch an ad to get lucky pouches: three per ad, up to a daily limit. One pouch opens one question; five open a chart’s full reading, and a full reading you have opened stays open for the rest of that year at no further cost. Pouches are free and have no cash value; they cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged, and they end when you delete your account. If a reading fails, the pouches it used are returned. Pouches obtained by automated or other dishonest means may be taken back. Ads are not shown in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.

Readings will be sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds follow the refund policy. See also pricing and privacy.
